Staff     Downside Up is a close-knit team of unique specialists and people who care, who regard Downside Up as their home and their job as a mission.   There are 52employees on the team, including: 35 working with families and specialists; 4 engaged in awareness raising activities; 3 responsible for management and development issues; 6 responsible for fundraising 4 dealing with finance and day-to-day administrative matters.
